General Registration
We ask that everyone fill out the general registration form. If you plan on presenting a poster and/or oral presentation, you will also fill out an additional registration survey under Abstract Submission tab.

Follow the link below to register to attend PGSRM 2025. Each individual must be registered with the following info: university affiliation, name, email address, phone number, and dietary restrictions. Each attendee will need to be registered individually.

$175 for students
$300 for faculty/staff and industry
Deadline: March 10th — April 21st, 2025
- Late Registration
$200 for students
$350 for faculty/staff and industry
Deadline: April 22nd — May 23rd, 2025

Abstract Submission
We invite abstract submissions for both poster and podia presentations at the upcoming PGSRM 2025. All abstract submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee, which will evaluate the novelty, clarity, and scientific merit of the work. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth submission process.
General Guidelines
● Abstract Word Limit: 3000 characters including spaces (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
● Abstract Format: Abstracts should be submitted in plain text. Please do not use any special formatting (e.g., bold, italics) or insert tables/figures in the abstract submission.
● File Format: Submissions are to be made through the online registration system (link in registration tab) in the provided abstract submission form.
Categories
Please select one of the following categories for your abstract:
● Drug delivery, formulation, bioengineering, cell & gene therapy
● Drug discovery, pharmaceutical chemistry and analysis
● Molecular mechanisms, synthetic biology, bioinformatics
Deadline for abstract submission: April 21st, 11:59 PM EST
Notifications for accepted abstracts will be sent by May 9th, 2025
Guideline
To be considered for a poster presentation, the following criteria must be met:
- Data-Driven Conclusions: Abstracts must contain original data and clearly derived conclusions.
- No Review Posters: Abstracts summarizing existing literature or reviews will not be considered for poster presentation.
- Unpublished Work: Abstracts should present novel data or research that has not been
previously published in peer-reviewed journals.
Preference will be given to abstracts that present novel, data-driven findings.
Guideline
Podium presentations consist of an 8-minute talk on your research, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session. Podia presentations will be evaluated by a panel of reviewers based on the following criteria:
- Originality: The innovative nature of the research and its potential impact on the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
- Data Quality: The rigor of the data analysis and the clarity in presenting findings.
- Conclusions: The significance and clarity of the conclusions drawn from the research.
- Unpublished Work: Abstracts should present novel data or research that has not been previously published in peer-reviewed journals.
Presentations will be scored based on originality, data quality, and the potential for contributing new knowledge to the field.
